In this key role, you will combine technology, innovation, and business development by building AI agents, supporting users, and ensuring that AI is adopted in a secure, responsible, and scalable way across the organization. This is a group-level role that works across all business units and functions, requiring close collaboration and engagement throughout the organization.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As an AI Agent Developer & Enablement Specialist, you will play a central role in OSTP's digital transformation. You will work closely with business functions to identify opportunities where AI can simplify workflows, save time, and create business value. At the same time, you will help ensure that AI solutions are developed and used according to clear standards for security, data protection, and governance.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Developing, testing, and deploying AI agents and AI-powered solutions.
* Identifying and prioritizing AI use cases together with business stakeholders.
* Creating reusable templates, workflows, prompts, and development patterns.
* Developing and maintaining OSTP's practical AI governance framework.
* Ensuring AI solutions comply with information security, data protection, and responsible AI requirements.
* Training, coaching, and supporting users, AI champions, and key stakeholders across the organization.
* Collaborating with IT, HR, business teams, and external partners to scale AI adoption in a controlled and sustainable manner.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You likely have experience in one or more of the following areas:
* Software development, automation, or IT solutions

* Microsoft 365 and Copilot solutions
* Integrations and data-driven solutions
* Business process improvement and digitalization
Experience in the following areas is considered an advantage:
* Copilot Studio
* Power Automate
* Azure AI
* Dynamics 365
* AI governance, GDPR, or information security
* EU AI Act and related regulatory frameworks

This role offers a unique opportunity to work across data engineering, business intelligence, and application development within Microsoft's technology ecosystem. ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Data Platform & Analytics Developer, you will play a key role in the development of OSTP's data platform and reporting solutions. You will work across the entire data value chain, from data ingestion and transformation to reporting, analytics, and digital solutions that create business value.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Developing and maintaining data flows from Dynamics 365, Excel, and other business systems into our Data Platform.
* Creating and enhancing Power BI reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
* Designing and maintaining semantic models to ensure reliable and consistent business reporting.
* Working with Azure-based applications, integrations, and automation solutions.
* Contributing to the development of our Data Platform, Reporting Framework, and Azure Governance practices.
* Collaborating closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical, value-adding solutions.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for someone who combines technical expertise with a passion for business improvement. You enjoy solving problems, taking initiative, and turning data into insights that support better decision-making.
We believe you have experience with:
* Microsoft Power BI
* Data modeling and semantic models
* DAX, Power Query, and SQL
* Data engineering and data transformation
* Microsoft Azure
* Programming, preferably in Python and/or C#/.NET
Experience in the following areas is considered an advantage:
* Microsoft Fabric
* Dynamics 365
* Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, or similar technologies
* API development and system integrations
* Manufacturing or ERP environments
